These Terms and Conditions govern ground handling, hotel contracting, vehicle rentals, and pilgrimage assistance services provided by Ayodhya DMC (a dedicated B2B operation powered by KV Tours Private Limited) to verified travel trade partners including travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate event planners.
All quotations issued by our operations desk are net wholesale rates denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed. Rates are subject to availability at the time of final confirmation and receipt of agreed booking advances.
Standard check-in and check-out times follow individual hotel property guidelines (typically 12:00 PM check-in and 10:00 AM check-out). Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and supplementary charges if required.
All commercial vehicles (Sedans, Crystas, Tempo Travellers, and Coaches) are operated strictly in accordance with Uttar Pradesh Transport Department regulations and municipal parking restrictions in Ayodhya and Varanasi. Vehicles will proceed up to designated drop points and parking terminals as authorized by local administration.
Ayodhya DMC is not liable for itinerary disruptions, temple queue delays, or entry restrictions resulting from unannounced government VIP visits, municipal security cordons, heavy festival congestion, or natural weather events. Our on-ground team will make all reasonable efforts to adjust schedules and provide alternative sightseeing options.
