The Two Sacred Cities: One Seamless Itinerary
Ayodhya and Varanasi represent the ultimate spiritual pilgrimage circuit in Northern India. The two cities are connected by a well-paved 4-lane highway with a transit time of approximately 4.5 to 5 hours.
Recommended 4N / 5D Circuit Blueprint:
Day 1: Arrive at Ayodhya Airport (AYJ). Transfer to hotel. Evening Saryu Aarti boat ride at Ram Ki Paidi.
Day 2: Morning darshan at Shri Ram Janmabhoomi and Hanuman Garhi. Afternoon visit to Kanak Bhawan and Dashrath Mahal.
Day 3: Morning departure for Varanasi via highway. Arrival in Varanasi and evening private bajra boat charter for Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat.
Day 4: Early morning Subah-e-Banaras at Assi Ghat followed by Kashi Vishwanath Dham corridor darshan and afternoon Sarnath excursion.
Day 5: Morning checkout and departure transfer to Varanasi Airport (VNS).
